Thank you for being our patient!

Above you will find helpful links to access online scheduling, patient portals, secure messaging, and more.

Please use the communication guide below and let us know if you need any assistance.

What if I need a routine appointment?

Routine appointments such as annual exams, follow-up visits, well checks, school/sports physicals, preoperative examinations, etc. should be scheduled in advance. The best way to do this is by self-scheduling online.

What if I need a same or next day appointment?

Same day appointments can usually be scheduled before 2 pm. Please call the direct patient line if you are needing a same day appointment. If you need a next day appointment, you can schedule the appointment online, but please also send a text message to the direct patient line to let me know what is going on.

What if I need a medication refill?

Medication refills are handled during normal business hours. Feel free to send your request through text message or Spruce, and I will address the request when I am not seeing patients. If the request is sent outside of normal business hours, it will be addressed during the next business day.

What if I have a non-urgent question?

Non-urgent questions can be sent though text message or Spruce and will be addressed when I am not seeing patients. If the questions is sent outside of normal business hours, it will be answered during the next business day.

What if I need to send you an email?

If you need to send something to me via email, such as documents that you need completed or something that you would like me to review, please also text the direct patients line or send a message in Spruce to notify me. I do not check my email as regularly as text messages and Spruce.

What if I have an urgent issue?

For urgent matters during normal business hours, such as needing to be seen within the next 24 hours or another acute problem, you can call or text the direct patient line. If I do not answer your call, I am likely seeing another patient. Please leave a message, and I will respond as soon as I am able to. For urgent matters outside of normal business hours, do not text (if you do, you will likely get an automated message.) Instead, call the direct patient line. Please note that the main office phone number is not answered outside of normal business hours.

What if I have a medical emergency?

For medical emergencies, please call 9-1-1. At your earliest convenience, please call the direct patient line to let me know what is going on.

Do you always answer messages and calls right away?

I have my cell phone with me at all times. However, I am sometimes not able to answer right away as I am either with another patient, driving, tending to personal affairs, or in an area without good cellular reception. If you call and there is no answer, please leave a message and then send a text message. Every effort will be made to return your call in a timely manner. On rare occasion, text messages and/or Spruce messages may not be delivered immediately, so if you do not hear back about an urgent issue within a few hours, please call. Non-urgent issues sent outside of normal business hours may not be answered until the next business day.
